Like, is lsc scriptable, so I can call `lsc [options] /path/to/special/config/ 
uid=dummy` and it synchronizes the special user 'dummy'?

Not like this, but you could have a lsc.xml with a variable "__USER__" in the 
filter and use a simple wrapper to call LSC that woule replace this variable in 
lsc.xml before running lsc command.
