Hi, Actually, I'm able to write it, but not when creating the entry.
If the entry is created, I can change the primarygroupid as long as the new primary group is already in the memberOf attribute. However, this doesn't remove the old primary group from memberOf so I also need to remove it manually. In other words, I was looking for an « easy » way to do this. Thanks anyway :) De : lsc-users [mailto:[email protected]] De la part de Clément OUDOT Envoyé : 11 juin 2018 15:07 À : [email protected] Objet : Re: [lsc-users] Specify PrimaryGroupId when creating user in AD Le 11/06/2018 à 20:56, Maxime Pelletier a écrit : Hi all, Is there a simple way to specify a PrimaryGroupId when creating a user in AD? By default, it is created in « Domain user » group but for some users, I don't want them to be in this group. Thanks in advance! Looking to AD schema, this attribute seems to be writable only by system: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms679375(v=vs.85).aspx You can try to write it, but I think you will get an error from AD. -- Clément Oudot | Identity Solutions Manager [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Worteks | https://www.worteks.com
