Hi, Thanks for your reply, but I cant try to retrieve the user under ou=WQ because all users are on different ou one by country and for example ou=Canada and the ADLDS contain all the other ou under OU=CORP

First thing I see is that your lsc source config baseDN ( <baseDn>O=CORP</baseDn>) doesn't match the base DN of your extract (OU=CORP,OU=CANADA,OU=_CPHWQ,O=WQ). Do you see any warning when synchronization starts ?
