I noticed the same thing. The group RMDV-QA2-JazzAdmins only has 25 users.
So, I deleted all 29 of my groups and performed 2 tests:
1. When I run without the bypass script, all 29 groups are created.2. When I
run with the bypass script, 17 groups are created and 12 error out with the
same java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException.
Very strange behavior. Any thoughts?
