Thanks for your reply, i'm sorry for the lack of details and my bad explaination.
- Company is an active directory attribute
- Fredurne is one on the source and i copy his value to company.
- When fredurne change (on source) i can update company value (on dest) with the new value of fredurne
I can always disable user but i don't know how to do it only when company attribute is updated
I hope it is better to understand.

Hi,
From what I see from your conf, "company" attribute is not declared in yourfetched attribute list. Since you said you want to base account deactivation in AD on the value of this attribute in OpenLDAP, it does not match your LSC conf. Your LSC conf is using another attribute to filter source entries, fredurne, that need to be either not empty or containing value "X" (!(|(fredurne=)(fredurne=X))).
Also, we will need more details about the errors you observe when you run LSC with this conf in order to provide some help.
