The latest revision includes:

1)Revision to the encoding of the OSPF Router ID TLVs to allow multiple IDs of 
the same "connection type" to be included in the same TLV.
This optimization was suggested by Huaimo Chen (thanx!!)

2)Some clarifications as to how Dynamic Flooding can be enabled/disabled

3)Suggestions as to how recovery from the failure of the Area Leader can be 
less disruptive
