Hi Chenxi,

Our agenda is more than full. I suggest you socialize the draft on the LSR 
list. I’ll reserve my comments for that discussion but note that traffic 
engineering on LAN networks is best effort and implying this level of 
per-neighbor metric isn’t tenable. As a WG member, I’d hope you’d spare the WG 
this discussion.
