The main updates of this version is that we put the newly defined "OSPF
Stub-Link TLV" back into the Inter-AS-TE-v2 LSA and Inter-AS-TE-v3 LSA for
OSPFv2/v3 respectively.
Your comments are welcome.
We think it is ready for the WG adoption call then.
