Thanks to all the coauthors/contributors, but especially to Bruno and Les for 
keeping the discussion moving and coordinating the reviews/edits. Also, special 
thanks to Marek and Guillaume for implementing and testing the IS-IS 
extensions. 

I think this document represents one of the best examples of LSR working 
collaboration and consensus. We started with a common goal of improving IS-IS 
flooding but had three distinct views on how this should be accomplished. The 
WG has now submitted for publication an experimental document defining IS-IS 
flooding flow-control/congestion rules, exemplary algorithms, and optional 
signaling. And, we were able to do this all with IETF-Adoption favorable IPR!
