Thanks to all the coauthors/contributors, but especially to Bruno and Les for keeping the discussion moving and coordinating the reviews/edits. Also, special thanks to Marek and Guillaume for implementing and testing the IS-IS extensions.
I think this document represents one of the best examples of LSR working collaboration and consensus. We started with a common goal of improving IS-IS flooding but had three distinct views on how this should be accomplished. The WG has now submitted for publication an experimental document defining IS-IS flooding flow-control/congestion rules, exemplary algorithms, and optional signaling. And, we were able to do this all with IETF-Adoption favorable IPR! Thanks Again, Acee P.S. The Routing Directorate review is pending but I expect that to be completed this month. > On Sep 5, 2023, at 10:59 AM, Acee Lindem via Datatracker <[email protected]> > wrote: > > Acee Lindem has requested publication of draft-ietf-lsr-isis-fast-flooding-05 > as Experimental on behalf of the LSR working group. > > Please verify the document's state at > https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-lsr-isis-fast-flooding/ > > _______________________________________________ Lsr mailing list [email protected] https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/lsr
