   - The working group should be set to "LSR Working Group" instead of
   "Network Working Group".
   - In the IANA consideration, you may consider adding: "General guidance
   for the designated experts is defined in [RFC7370
   <https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7370>]."
