Hello Experts,

Need your inputs on  "set-overload-bit on-startup <interval>" set's  LSP
with OL bit only when node/router is reloaded.

>From Cisco documentation:
"The IS-IS overload bit technique was expanded with Cisco bug ID CSCdp01872
(registered customers only) . You can configure a router to advertise its
LSP with the overload bit for a specific amount of time after a reload"

I could see that the OL bit is set even with* IS-IS process restart on
cisco IOS XR*. Is this correct behaviour, This may cause unnecessary route
flap.
