I'll follow the appropriate guideline for this registry but note that the contact reverted "The IESG." in https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8407#section-5 which is unchanged in https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-netmod-rfc8407bis-22#section-5.
