I support adoption.

It is true that I have opposed the leaderless approach in the past - and I am 
still not a fan of this approach. 
However, it is clear that the WG/industry has an interest in this approach.
I believe the latest version of the draft does an excellent job of defining the 
architecture for this approach as an alternative to (not a replacement for) the 
leader based approach defined in RFC 9667.
If we are to respond to the desires of the industry we therefore should move 
forward with this draft.
