Draft authors -

This draft defines a new sub-TLV for the Locator TLV:
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-he-lsr-srv6-mirror-sid-igp-encoding-00.html#name-is-is-srv6-mirror-sid-sub-t

But the format is identical to the existing END SID sub-TLV defined in
https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9352.html#name-srv6-end-sid-sub-tlv . There
is no need to define a new sub-TLV - the existing sub-TLV can be used with the
new behavior.

I note that the new behavior (END.M) is defined in
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-rtgwg-srv6-egress-protection-24.html#name-srv6-endpoint-behaviors
- which is fine.

You also define a new sub-sub-TLV to advertise the Locators protected by
the Mirror SID - which is fine - but the new sub-TLV is unnecessary and should
be removed.

The same comments apply to OSPFv3 as well.

Thanx.
