All, I concur with Joel’s comment below. Separately, I support WG adoption of this draft.
Many comments made about this draft would be within scope __ONLY IF__ the draft were in WG Last Call, BUT this draft is NOT in WG Last Call. The current question in for the WG merely is adoption. The document seems more than sufficient for adoption. I don’t think the document is perfect yet, but documents are NOT required to be perfect to be adopted.
