Definitively. radmind is in continual use by thousands of sites. Is it a configuration management system? I guess that depends on your definition(s). Is it a highly useful tool that is more or less easily grasped by working (aka non-theoretical) sysadmins? Yes. Are said sysadmins saving time, money, pain, etc., with it? Yes.
