Don Sweeney Announcement went out for June 6 meeting in Tucson to plan out Observatory Operations plan. Alistair Walker of CTIO will be there, Tony Tyson and Sidney Wolff will not. Would like to get other operations plans (SDSS, P-S, etc.) as inputs.
Keep Don informed about any SPIE side meetings, so he can decide whether to attend. Use the All Hands template for posters, Kirk Gilmore will circulate a template for presentations. Victor Krabbendam is preparing a list of attendees by dates at SPIE. Send your arrival and departure to Melissa Bowersock. There is no meeting next week due to SPIE.
