As a follow up to our meeting, I had claimed that the MOPS team was looking at replacing some of the JPL code with Orsa. This is wrong. They are looking at Orsa as a possible way to determine IODs (Initial Orbit Determinations), which is something that the JPL code does not do. Right now what they are using for IODs is custom code.
