Per several requests, I have re-organized the project archive  as follows:

1. Infrastructure Design Documents
Formerly:
Home  >  c. Data Management (WBS 2.0) >   2.2 System
Engineering  >  Infrastructure Design > lots of documents across all centers

Now:
Home  >  c. Data Management (WBS 2.0) >   2.2 System
Engineering  >  Infrastructure Design >
[Mountain | Base | Archive Center | Data Access Center | Long-Haul Networks]
Infrastructure >  documents for one center or long haul networks

Several of these documents also provide basis of estimate being assembled by
Thomas Frey, and those that do are are also viewable under:

Home  >  a. Project Administration  >  f. Overall Project Schedules, Work
Packages, and WBS  >  LSST Basis of Estimate Support Documents  >  02 - Data
Management  >  02.05 - Hardware / Software Deliverables >   02.05.3 -
Infrastructure

Similarly, several of these documents are the estimate worksheets themselves
and therefore are also viewable under:

Home  >  a. Project Administration  >  f. Overall Project Schedules, Work
Packages, and WBS  >  LSST Project Data (WBS, Project Schedules,
Estimates) >   Data Management Sub-system

2.  Applications, Middleware Deisgn Documents
(Same as above for basis of estimate documents and the estimate worksheets
but substitute Applications or Middleware for Infrastructure)

3. Miscellaneous Documents
I also cleaned up the DM System Engineering collection a bit, where there
were some redundancies or not enough structure.  For example, the
Prototyping Environment Document is now under the overall Environment and
Tools collection.

Please note that all document numbers remain the same, I just updated the
Locations in their properties so that they appear in the appropriate
collections.
