Cost Estimates - Thomas Frey froze and imported again on Monday, 8/14. Jeff is validating, adding in-kind estimates. Need to start working on estimates for Commissioning Phase, which according to MREFC guidelines must be in proposal proper (not Operations Plan). We will increase the proposal budget to cover this phase work. SDSC to examine CPU to ensure adequate for serving, transferring data. DC1 - Progress check on Stage 1 analysis Now transferring 90 MB/s from single node to single node on TG, from login node at SDSC to login node at NCSA. Made changes in software for performance on TG: Buffer size, window size, max. number of threads.
