As you can see, the dates and times for the All Hands meeting have been adjusted. Please be sure to make reservations at the SLAC guest house (http://www.stanford.edu/dept/hds/SLAC/) if you have not done so already, it is significantly less expensive than other alternatives in Palo Alto. Also, while I welcome anyone from Data Management, our FY07 travel budget is extremely tight, so if possible please send only one or two representatives per institution. Thanks!

The LSST ALL-HANDS meeting will be at SLAC beginning MONDAY, DEC 4 AT 1:30PM PST.
Previous notices have said the meeting will start Tuesday Dec 5 at 8:30am but our work load is clearly so great that a change is necessary.
The final agenda is being worked; the framework is:
Monday 1:00pm to Tuesday 5:00pm: Plenary sessions (1.5 days)
Wednesday 8:30am to Thursday 5:00pm: Breakout sessions (2 days)
Friday 8:30am to afternoon: Science Council meetings (Tentative) (1 day)
Be sure to adjust your room reservations and travel as appropriate.
