As you all know the All Hands meeting in December at SLAC is fast approaching. This email is being sent to the technical leaders of the project as well as institutional representatives so they can provide us with a list of potential attendees. Please put together a list of people in your groups that you anticipate will attend and email to me as soon as possible.
This is by no means a final count and you should not be concerned with the possibility of names being duplicated as we will weed out the duplications in our office.
