In order to be consistent with the System Engineering guidelines and the other LSST subsystems, we have merged the DM Functional Requirements Spec and the DM Operational Concept Document into one combined Data Management Requirements Document (document-2642). We will no longer maintain the FRS and OCD as separate documents at the DM level. Thanks!
