There will be a tech assess WG con call on Monday 10AM pacific standard time. Topics I would like to discuss are - porting Tim's code to a cell blade at NCSA. - any further discussions about who might be able to look at other emerging compute architectures. Perhaps we should use the same program on all of them to get some idea of relative performance. - Who has access to multi-slot, multicore systems. - If Stuart can make it, perhaps a short discussion about ideas for defining the camera/DM interface library. I know this is really early, but a short discussion could be useful. - Discussion topics from anyone else are gratefully accepted.
We will use skype again. Since LLNL policy forbids me to use skype here, I will try using it from home. From Jeff's earlier email: In order to try and save some cash, we are going to try to do the Tech Assess telecon today with skype's partner Highspeedconferencing.com. You can dial in with skype (cheap) or conventional telephone in the U.S. (expensive) as follows: Highspeedconferencing.com Account Information
