Hi folks, I received word from Russell of problems using svn+ssh. I too
saw this problem:
$ svn ls svn+ssh://lsstarchive.ncsa.uiuc.edu/
svn: No repository found in 'svn+ssh://lsstarchive.ncsa.uiuc.edu'
As Russell suggested, it turns out that the effective configuration got
messed up by my upgrade. But it should now be fixed, so please give
svn+ssh further tries and let me know if more repair is needed. Thanks.
