The market is saturated with platforms - websites and apps - allowing organizations to recruit and engage volunteers. So, what makes this different, what market research was done to show that this is the app nonprofits want, and who built this?
I'm so overwhelmed by all the volunteers I get via VolunteerMatch, Idealist and my organization's website alone - recruitment is rarely the problem. The time and money to create appropriate assignments and properly support volunteers in those assignments is the FAR greater issue.
