It is recognizable that in many parts of the world, approaches to "tracking", while different, have been a standing issue. As an example, in China, electronic tracking of individuals for criminal and civil enforcement purposes, has been in effect for > 4 years. New explorers must awaken and venture forth to fruitful lands.
