It is my sense that this reporting from 'The Atlantic' is not congruent
with the embedded 'alter-force' in Hong Kong.   It must not be ignored,
or forgotten, that the HK Chief Executive, and the Principal Officials
in the SAR are representatives of interests beyond HK.
