According to the Wayback machine, that database was last available in
July 2014. So I would say UNODC has abandoned that database. But you
could always write them and ask if they have any plans of reviving it.

Hi,
I found the UN NGO database recently, but it seems to be down:

Does anybody know what the status of this database is, or how
volunteers could reach out to help the situation?
Thanks so much.
