Issue #768 has been reported by Clément OUDOT.

----------------------------------------
Bug #768: Using '0' as attribute name fails with recent Net::LDAP::Entry code
http://tools.lsc-project.org/issues/768

Author: Clément OUDOT
Status: Assigned
Priority: Normal
Assigned to: Clément OUDOT
Category: LDAP Scripts
Target version: ldap-scripts-0.4

When we convert a CSV into an LDIF, we use a temporary LDIF where attributes
names are column number. But starting with '0' does not work anymore. We need
to start with '1'.

This implies to reconfigure all rules ( {0} -> {1}, etc.)
