Sorry, I was talking about the self service password tool version .4. I have it running, but it is hard to tell what part is not working at this point. The debug setting is explained in the documentation as being true or false, but it doesn't say where that debug info goes when it's true. The password service is not quite working yet, and I am trying to find a way to troubleshoot the issue.
