I work for a Hospital with round 10,000 users and we are looking into various ways for self service account unlocks Im happy to write up the User documentation for this project should we use it as we would have to document it anyway The one requirement we have that I cannot tell from looking at the current documentation iv found is how you access your application Do you have to be logged in to someone else's account to be able to reset? Is it from a button on the windows Log in Screen? Thank you for any response Dylan
