Hey,
I am using ldap 2.4.23 on ubuntu 11.04. Every thing is working fine. But
the problem is after 1-2 days slapd getting hanged and the log I found is
as :
ldap slapd[4250]: backend_startup_one (type=hdb,
suffix="dc=example,dc=com"): bi_db_open failed! (-1)

I am using restart_slapd.sh and check_ldap_time.pl to restart forcefully
slapd. Is there any permanent solution.
