Thank you for your answer. That said it does not really change the password. I 
think there must be something misconfigured in the conf but I do not know what.

If AD return a success code to the password modify operation, it 
should mean that the password is changed. Beware, because the old 
password is still active during a day in AD (this can be configured). 
But the new password should be active too.
