OK, this may be a silly question, but there is a "$debug" option that supposedly enables a debug mode. However, the docs do not get into where to find the debugging information once the option is set to true... There's nothing in the HTTP logs nor the $reset_request_log file.
The debug messages are printed inside web page, you can see them with your browser.
