Hi Clement,

i have an idea/feature request regarding your self service password tool.
It would be a very nice feature using and additional field for pasting your ssh
public keys.

Together with the objectclass ldappublickey (attribute sshPublickey) and a new
openssh-Version, people could easily manage their publickey-Authentication
without authorized_keys-File.

Regards

Uli

Yes, but not off-topic for LTB project, you use our mailing list here:

Not yet, but we should do it if jessie packages are not compatible with
stretch, to be tested.

For 2.4, we still ship BerkeleyDb as a separate package, because back-hdb is
still officially supported. It will be removed for 2.5.

There is a README here:
https://github.com/ltb-project/openldap-deb/blob/master/debian/paquet-openldap-debian/packaging_debian.README

It should give you some hints.

It would require to work on our packaging. For the moment we choose to have the
same package organization between RPM and DEB.

The goal is not to replace Debian official packages, but to provide an
alternative (installed in /usr/local).

Hope this helps,

Clément.
