HI! It seems that it's currently not possible to invoke a simple yum update on CentOS 7.3 with package openldap-ltb-contrib-overlays installed.
$ yum update
[..]

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
