This is my first post here. I hope I don't screw it up.

I'm using a TurnkeyLinux LAMP Stack (v15.0) (https://www.turnkeylinux.org/lamp) 
as a base for the Self Service Password tool. I don't get very far in the 
install of the tool before I'm stopped.

When I run this command, wget -O - 
https://ltb-project.org/wiki/lib/RPM-GPG-KEY-LTB-project | sudo apt-key add -, 
this happens:

Cannot write to '-' (Broken pipe).

I'm not good with Linux so I don't know what this is telling me, other than 
that the get failed. Can someone tell me how this is failing? What I can do to 
fix it?
