That could mean that either your local network, or the remote GPP server
is slow. As I said before, the ISP hosting the GPP is variable.

It's most likely ISP issues. The GPP is on a shared hosting plan that
on average gives reasonable performance, but at any one time give no
guarantees. They may well have been having problem.
