You can try out OPEN_HPI_TESTSUITE separately inside LTP under "ltp-full-20070731/testcases/open_hpi_testsuite/", which is a hardware specific testsuite. For more info on OPEN_HPI_TESTSUITE you can also visit http://www.openhpi.org/. LTP embeds this and other Open Source Testsuites for availability of lot of functionalities under single umbrella.
