The Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 LSPP/EAL4 Certification Testsuite (rhel5_ibm_eal4_cert_suite2.tgz) has been released again and can be found at http://ltp.sourceforge.net/ or http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=3382. More details about this testsuite can be found @'lspp/README' inside the package.
