Hi,

In syscalls suite it has following line.

chmod05 cp -p $LTPROOT/testcases/bin/change_owner $TMP;chmod05

 chmod06 cp -p $LTPROOT/testcases/bin/change_owner $TMP;chmod06

chmod05 means testcase name

and rest of arguments are cmdline i.e cp -p
$LTPROOT/testcases/bin/change_owner $TMP;chmod05

But chmod05 while executing it changes mode of testdir which is
hardcoded.

But didn't get purpose of having cp -p $LTPROOT/testcases/bin/change_owner
$TMP

If I run site chmod05 chmod05 also gives same results.

So would like to know significance of cp -p
$LTPROOT/testcases/bin/change_owner $TMP

Thanks,

Namitha
