Hi All,

I have observed that ./runltp (and pan for that matter) does not create
multiple instances of testcases to run if -x option is specified. I am
also sceptical how the results/output are logged when -x is specified.
The ideal situation would be:

When you specify <./runltp -x n ....>, then n instances of log-files (-l
<..>) (if specified), n instances of Failed files (either automatic file
name generation or user-mentioned-file-name) and n instances of Output
files (-o <..>) should be generated. Each of these file(s) [Filed, log
and output] should have the results of one particular instance of pan.
Now although we pass the parameter -x to pan, pan necessarily does not
handle such situation properly.
May be if PAN is not able to handle such situation properly, we can then
modify runltp script to fire n parallel pans together, or, some proper
way of handling the same. Can anybody, who has used/experienced this -x
repeatedly, can kindly share his/her experience/thought on this ??

--Regards--
Subrata
