Hi,
Munipradeep has investigated and found the following gaps between the
existing LTP test cases and the recent kernel functionality for the
following Network APIs. May be somebody can help in plug-in those gaps in
the present test cases. You can write new test cases in the similar lines
to madvise03 as written by Pavan and Munipradeep last year end. I am also
going to forward you another investigation outcome by Pavan.

Hi Subrata,
I have written LSB testcases for socket, recv and send APIs. I have
compared those tests with the tests in LTP. The differences are below.
1. socket
Covered in LTP: Tests for EAFNOSUPPORT
Not covered in LTP: Tests for EPROTONOSUPPORT, EMFILE, Checking of
AF_INET6 address family
2. recv
Covered in LTP: Tests for EBADF, EINVAL, ENOTSOCK
Not covered in LTP: Test for EAGAIN or EWOULDBLOCK, ENOTCONN,
EOPNOTSUPP, Checking of MSG_PEEK, MSG_WAITALL, MSG_OOB flags
3. send
Covered in LTP: Tests for EBADF, EPIPE, EMSGSIZE, ENOTSOCK
Not covered in LTP: Tests for EDESTADDRREQ, ENOTCONN, EOPNOTSUPP,
Checking of MSG_EOR, MSG_OOB flags
