Yes, may be that would be the case, do you have patch for preventing this
failure in your latest tree ?

Hi Rishi,

I suppose these testcases would pass in itÅ› entirety only on and above
kernel 2.6.15, where the fs_bind mounts were implemented. You ran the tests
on an older kernel 2.6.9-72.ELsmp.
