Tryout with the June 2008 LTP release. It will not allow you to even run the fs_bind tests (as the support becomes available from that kernel version onwards) if the kernel is below 2.6.15. Let me know if you find the same issue(s) with LTPś fs_bind tests on RHEL 4.7 snap5.
