We have very few & humble device drivers test cases here: http://ltp.cvs.sourceforge.net/ltp/ltp/testcases/kernel/device-drivers/ They would be outdated as nobody has updated them for years together. See, if any one of them helps you out. We suffer from the same disease which other open source test projects do: Not having enough contributors across all domain. See, whether you can do one here.
