LTP is for all versions and flavours of Linux.  All you need to do is
compile it for your platform.  There are many people using it on
embedded platforms so if you have a specific question there should be
someone on the list who can help you.

As far as the old 2.4.18 based kernel you're running, there are probably
quite a few tests which aren't appropriate for that kernel.  They should
return TCONF in that case or perhaps not compile.
