It's a kernel tree for testing security related code before merging 
upstream (which we need to do now as there are several active security 
projects with often conflicting changes).

The 'next' branch per above is being pulled into linux-next, so if you're 
doing LTP tests on linux-next, you'll be covering these changes 
automatically.
