Problem with this once as well:

$ patch --dry-run -p1 < ../11_08_2008-\([EMAIL PROTECTED]
\)-003_message_queue_test05.patch
missing header for unified diff at line 175 of patch
can't find file to patch at input line 175
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
